Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; we only retain a Stripe customer identifier and basic billing metadata.

Customer and Call Data

To operate the Service we collect and store information related to calls, SMS messages, emails, bookings, customers, jobs, quotes, and reviews handled on your behalf. This may include phone numbers, names, addresses, call recordings, and message content.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To answer calls, send messages, and book jobs on your behalf.
  • To improve our AI models and Service quality (using aggregated or de-identified data where possible).
  • To send you transactional notifications, daily briefings, and product updates.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service, including Twilio (telephony and SMS), ElevenLabs (voice AI), OpenAI and Google (AI models), Stripe (payments), and Supabase (database and authentication).
  • Your customers when our AI agent communicates with them on your behalf.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Call Recording and Consent

The Service may record inbound calls. You are responsible for ensuring that any required disclosures or consents are obtained from your callers in accordance with applicable law (including two-party consent states in the U.S.). Recordings are stored securely and used only to provide the Service to you.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After termination, we may retain certain data for legitimate business purposes, including legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
